Quincy came to Windswept in mid-2014 because she saw the opportunity to work with great people and an innovative new product with broad applications. Prior to working at Windswept she was a tax collector in Arkansas. She’s also held positions in the hospitality and healthcare industries.
She has three boys, two teenagers and an 11-year old, so she stays very busy! She and her partner Chris also have two Cane Corsos (Italian Mastiff dogs) that they spoil rotten. They enjoy walking and hiking with them in the beautiful mountains around Asheville.

Director of Operations
Karen got involved with Windswept in her previous career as an independent accountant. Once she got to know Brian and Joy Fuchs and their vision for the company she became invested in the business. With Windswept since 2007, she now directs operations with a continuing emphasis on financial aspects.
Her family includes two sons and a new, beautiful daughter-in-law. She enjoys spending time with them and her crew of girlfriends, and is always up for a new adventure. She likes hanging out at the beach, curling up with a good book, and flipping the top back on her convertible and blasting 80s music!
“I believe we are building something more here… we are given the privilege to walk a journey with customers and co-workers that goes beyond a product sale. We get to engage people and know them and share in their story.”
