Joy Fuchs
Chief Operating Officer
Joy has nearly a decade as the COO and owner of Windswept Marketing. She partners with her husband Brian to help the company grow. She is uniquely qualified to do this with her Masters in Administration from Western Carolina University and her background as a school teacher and administrator.
Brian and Joy have a son and a daughter. They are also passionate about fostering children and advocating for children in foster care. They are fostering two children now.
She brings great partnership and positivity to Windswept, and loves working with their positive and dedicated team.

Brian started Windswept Marketing in 2002, and has been developing and growing the business with his wife Joy for more than a decade now. He started the business after working with an embroidered emblem business.
Prior to that he was a five-time World Champion, three-time World Record Holder barefoot water skier! He also ran a watersports company in West Palm Beach and owned Champion Boat Sales there.
He has a BA from University of Louisiana Monroe, and played Division 1 Football on full scholarship while attending college there.
He believes strongly in giving back to his community, is active in his local church, is a foster parent with his wife, and supports several nonprofits, including Sole Hope and Living Water International.
He and Joy have a son and daughter and a Weimaraner Max who is also family. They love spending time together outdoors, riding bikes, hiking. Brian also enjoys coaching youth sports.
Brian’s philosophy is to under promise and over deliver, which leads to great long-term partnerships.
