Joy Fuchs
Chief Operating Officer
With a Masters in Administration from Western Carolina University and a background in teaching, Joy is well equipped for and has excelled in her 2 decades as the COO and owner of Windswept Marketing.
Joy and her husband, Brian, work diligently to grow the company, while also raising their daughter and three sons. They are also passionate about advocating for children in foster care, opening their home to children in need, and supporting other foster families daily by meeting their tangible needs.
Joy strives to promote collaboration in the workplace and brings great positivity to Windswept’s inner workings.

Brian founded Windswept Marketing in 2002 after working with an embroidered emblem business. Since, he has worked alongside his wife Joy to grow and develop the company. Before Windswept, Brian was a five-time World Champion, three-time World Record holder barefoot water skier. No stranger to the world of business, he ran a watersports company, Brian Fuchs Watersports, in West Palm Beach and owned Champion Boat Sales as the South Florida dealer for Malibu boats. Under a division 1 football scholarship, he received his BA from the University of Louisiana Monroe. He believes strongly in giving back to his community, playing an active role in his local church and the foster care system. Brian also supports several nonprofit organizations, including Sole Hope, Living Water International, and Compassion International. In addition to their daughter and three sons, Brian and Joy have a Vizsla, Cody, who joins them on all their outdoor adventures. Alongside hiking and biking with the family, Brian enjoys coaching youth sports. He strives to build strong relationships with his children and others in the community. Brian caries the same passion for relationships into his business endeavors. He lives under the philosophy of “under promise and over deliver” creating long-term partnerships built on trust and communication. “It is very fulfilling to offer our clients something they cannot get anywhere else in the world and give it to them above their expectations with the service and time they deserve.”
